Meet Kathryn

Hi, I am Kathryn. I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) 10 years ago and spent several years seeing clients before moving into holistic health blogging, writing, and editing. Recently, I became a certified Carnivore Coach, and I am bringing that fresh perspective and new modality into my nutritional therapy practice.

I specialize in simple, ancestral, nutrient dense strategies to support digestion, calm autoimmunity, and restore energy, especially for women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

When I am not working with clients, I am on my mountain bike, rolling on the mats as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt, or feeding my two hungry teenage boys.
